Booking Conditions

1. Operation of a Tour
A tour requires a minimum of 10 persons. Unless this number is reached a tour will be cancelled and all monies will be returned to you.

2. Confirmation
Your tour will be confirmed in writing after we receive your completed booking form and the appropriate deposit, together with the insurance premium (plus additional insurance premium where appropriate - see 5 below), subject to 1 above. Payment of the deposit is regarded as your acceptance of the Booking Conditions and is non refundable, but may be reclaimed from the Tour Insurance when the reason falls within its terms.

3. Your Final Balance and Travel Tickets
The balance of your account is payable not later than 12 weeks before tour departure. If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to advise you of the cancellation of your tour booking and make a cancellation charge at the appropriate rate. Full payment should accompany bookings made within 12 weeks of departure. Your air tickets and final instructions should be sent 10 days prior to departure.

If you find that you cannot take a tour and have to cancel, for what ever reason, your deposit will be forfeited to cover our costs. You must notify us immediately in writing.
